About Us
The primary purpose of a homeowners association (HOA) is to provide maintenance and community upkeep for all common elements. The association has the right and obligation to impose fees on homeowners to cover the cost of maintaining the community and planning future enhancements.
OUR COMMUNITY
Beaverbrook Estates is a community located right in the heart of Fayette County, Georgia within the southwest corner of the City of Fayetteville, off Lester Road with the cross street GA Hwy 54. Just 2 miles from the Fayette Piedmont Hospital, 3 miles from Trilith Studios and about 16 miles south of Atlanta Hartsfield-Jackson airport. We are comprised of 140 single family homes with facilities consisting of a pool and pavilion area. We are districted for some of Fayette County's excellent schools: Cleveland Elementary, Bennett's Middle School, (both walking distance from our neighborhood), and Fayette County High School.
COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT
Association Membership is mandatory for every homeowner. We are governed by Covenants and By-laws. Involvement for you may only be that you pay your assessments on time and comply with the governing legal documents. If you wish to take a more active role and serve on the Board of Directors or on a committee, you are welcome! All committees are accepting new participants.
